Mixed Use Buildings

Our firm takes tremendous pride in our growing portfolio of mixed use buildings. This archetype isn’t a new development but we have been seeing a growing need of more of these buildings in today’s ever changing towns. There is an inherent challenge with this type of building to integrate retail and small business on the ground floor and provide much needed residential units on the upper floors, some even incorporating parking and entertainment in their footprint. Whether in a downtown setting or a growing neighborhood this building type has become more relevant.
